Recruitment Process
We believe in clarity, speed, and mutual fit. Here's what our process looks like:
30–45 min informal intro with HR or hiring lead. We want to understand your goals.
You present your solution and thought process to the team in a 45–60 min session.
We move fast with a transparent and competitive offer.
Submit your CV + short motivation. We review every application personally.
We send short take-home challenges (relevant to the role and culture, 4–5 hours max)
